Islamabad: The Accountability Court has issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for Imran Khan’s wife Bushra Bibi in the 190 Million Pound Reference.
The reference was heard by Accountability Court Judge Nasir Javed Rana.
The court directed NAB to arrest Bushra Bibi and produce her on November 26 and also issued a show cause notice to the surety.
Bushra Bibi’s lawyer also requested exemption from attendance on medical grounds today. NAB objected that Bushra Bibi’s medical is from Peshawar Lady Reading Hospital while the notary attestation is from Islamabad.
The PTI founder was produced in court but the accused have not submitted their statement of 342 even today.
It should be noted that Bushra Bibi has been continuously absent from 8 hearings of the 190 Million Pound Reference.
