PTI has retracted its application for reserved seats from the Peshawar High Court. During a hearing at the High Court, PTI’s lawyer petitioner Muhammad Inam Yousafzai requested the withdrawal of the petition, citing its pending status with the Election Commission.
Yousafzai stated that since the Election Commission has yet to make a decision on the matter, they wish to withdraw the petition. Consequently, the court disposed of the petition following the petitioner’s withdrawal.
