
In Peshawar, it has been confirmed that the Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has approved the schedule for the swearing-in ceremony of the newly elected Chief Minister. As per the official announcement, the ceremony is slated to take place today at 3 pm.
Reportedly, Governor Haji Ghulam Ali has endorsed the oath-taking procedure for the incoming Chief Minister, Ali Amin Khan Gandapur, in accordance with Clause 5 of Article 130 of the Constitution.
The swearing-in event is scheduled to occur today, Saturday, at 3 pm, within the premises of the Governor House in Peshawar. Governor Haji Ghulam Ali is set to administer the oath to Ali Amin Khan Gandapur during the ceremony.
Additionally, a declaration regarding the dissolution of the Provincial Supervisory Cabinet has been released by the Governor House. The document confirms that Governor Haji Ghulam Ali has approved the dissolution of the Supervisory Cabinet based on the recommendation of the Supervisory Chief Minister.
During this significant announcement, Barrister Feroz Jamal Shah Kakakhel, the caretaker provincial minister of information and public relations, was also in attendance. It has been stated that prior to assuming office, the newly elected Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will issue a declaration to dissolve the caretaker cabinet.
