Imran Khan, the founding chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI), has stated that he will engage in discussions with all but three political parties.
Speaking informally to journalists at Adiala Jail, Khan emphasized that negotiations are with adversaries, not allies, and are typically sought by those seeking to flee the country or evade imprisonment.
Khan reiterated that PTI has been open to dialogue for 18 months, as dialogue is intrinsic to politics. A committee has been established specifically for engaging with these parties.
He clarified that he has delegated negotiation authority solely to the committee, with no intention of striking deals or seeking personal release from incarceration.
Furthermore, Khan expressed resolve in facing allegations, mentioning the impending fourth case related to Tosha Khana. He affirmed his steadfast stance despite any additional legal challenges.
