RIYADH: Saudi Arabia has said that it is working on a civil nuclear program and it is not a secret. Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan said in a joint press conference with his American counterpart Antony Blanken in Riyadh that Saudi Arabia is promoting its civilian nuclear program.
