The Saudi Passport Department has announced jail terms and fines for those who perform Hajj illegally.
According to the Saudi Passport Department, those who illegally enter the Holy Mosque will be imprisoned for 6 months and fined 50,000 riyals.
Action will also be taken against those who provide transport facilities, while Iqama holders will also be deported after serving the prison sentence and paying fines.
For this purpose, the monitoring process has been tightened at all the internal check posts of Makkah.
