One person died due to extreme heat in Sibbi area of Balochistan while 12 others were in critical condition.
According to MS Civil Hospital Sibbi Dr. Rafiq Mastoi, the condition of many people has deteriorated due to extreme heat and cold.
Due to heat wave, 12 people were shifted to Civil Hospital Sibbi, out of which one person died while other affected people have been discharged after providing medical aid.
According to the Department of Meteorology, most of the areas of Balochistan are currently under the grip of extreme heat.
Nokundi Tehsil of Chagai District was the hottest city in the country today where the maximum temperature was recorded at 49 degrees Celsius. While the temperature in Sabi has been recorded at 46 degrees Celsius.
