Islamabad: The Supreme Court rejected the plea to stop the trial of the Tosha Khana case. The court, while disposing of the appeal of Chairman PTI, declared that the Toshakhana trial has entered the final stage, we will not interfere, the Islamabad High Court should hear the objection and review petitions of the trial court judge together.
Before the hearing, there was serious disorder and noise outside the courtroom, the judges got up and left the courtroom. In the Supreme Court, a two-member bench consisting of Justice Yahya Afridi and Justice Musrat Hilali delivered the decision of the High Court in the Tosha Khana case of chairman PTI.

DG Law Election Commission said that the trial court has decided to transfer the case. Lawyer Safai said that we have come to the Supreme Court to deliver complete justice.
Justice Yahya Afridi said that the High Courts have the advisory authority regarding the subordinate judiciary, we can only request the High Court. Justice Musrat Hilali remarked that the trial of Tosha Khana has entered the final stage.
