Lahore’s High Court has issued a directive to the Chairman of NEPRA, instructing a resolution on applications regarding electricity bill relief within a 21-day period.
The court proceedings revolved around a challenge against the surge in electricity charges, with Justice Raza Qureshi presiding over the case and addressing the appeal presented by Advocate Mian Ibral Mateen.
The court emphasized that the Chairman of NEPRA should reach a verdict subsequent to a thorough consideration of the petitioners’ arguments.
