
Caretaker Prime Minister Anwar ul Haq Kakar has affirmed that individuals implicated in the incidents of May 9 will face legal consequences, as he underscored during a press briefing in New York.
During the conference, Caretaker Prime Minister Anwar Haq Kakar clarified that no political party has been barred from participating in the electoral process. Nevertheless, he emphasized that those associated with the events of May 9 will be subject to legal action.
Furthermore, he stated that the forthcoming election date will be disclosed shortly. He highlighted that organizing general elections in the nation is the responsibility of the Election Commission, and the caretaker government’s duty is to support the Election Commission in facilitating fair and transparent elections.
