The Lahore High Court has issued a release order for Sardar Khurram Latif Khosa, the son of senior PTI leader Sardar Latif Khosa.
This order came after a court appearance at 6 pm, following a recovery application filed by Sardar Latif Khosa. During the court session, the judge queried the reason behind Khurram Latif Khosa’s arrest. The response from the lawyer indicated that he was arrested based on the same allegations presented in the FIR. The prosecution mentioned conflicting details regarding the arrest date, stating the accused claimed one date while law enforcement asserted another.
After deliberation, Justice Baqir Ali Najafi reserved judgment, ultimately leading to the dismissal of the FIR against Sardar Khurram Latif Khosa and his subsequent release. Notably, Khurram Latif Khosa had been taken into custody by Mazang police station in connection with a terrorism case prior to these legal proceedings.
