Social media activist Sanam Javed has been arrested in a separate case immediately after securing bail in another incident.
News reports that the Anti-Terrorism Court was hearing the case related to the burning of the Muslim League-N house. Sanam Javed and Muhammad Tanveer were initially granted bail in this case, but Deputy Prosecutor Abdul Jabbar Dogar argued against it, stating that Sanam Javed had incited people to commit arson.
Despite the judge approving the bail application for Sanam Javed and Muhammad Tanveer, Sanam Javed was arrested again, this time in connection with the burning of a police station. The arrest took place shortly after securing bail in the Muslim League-N house burning case. Notably, a case has been registered against Sanam Javed at the Model Town police station. Sanam Javed’s lawyer emphasized that their client had become involved in the latter case six months after the incident occurred.
