A British-Pakistani student has achieved a remarkable feat in the General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) examination in London. The 16-year-old named Mah Noor Cheema has established a new global record, including in the UK, by attaining A-star grades in 34 subjects across A-levels. For her O-levels, Mah Noor took 10 subjects through her school and 24 subjects independently.
Notably, Mah Noor also achieved an impressive score of 161 on the ‘Mensa IQ Test,’ placing her in the top percentile of global intelligence. Born in Lahore, she moved to the UK with her parents Usman Cheema and Tayyaba Cheema in 2006. Mah Noor aspires to pursue a career in medicine with the aim of contributing to humanity.
Her exceptional dedication is evident in her achievement of 3290 in the Oxford University Clinical Aptitude Test (UCAT), securing the 99th percentile. Mahnoor Cheema reflects, “I’ve always understood the importance of relentless effort in realizing the aspirations I’ve set for myself.” She emphasizes that she has consistently aimed high and persevered through challenges, never wavering in her determination.
