A fake Chief Minister of Punjab was ‘elected’ today, Tehreek-e-Insaf Spokesperson.

A case has been filed against PTI leaders in Karachi under serious provisions of the government's complaint

Lahore: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf’s response to the Punjab Assembly meeting for the election of Punjab Chief Minister has come out.

Spokesman Tehreek-e-Insaf said in a statement that those who occupied the unconstitutional Punjab Assembly seats through rigged results are ‘electing’ a fake Chief Minister of Punjab, who have been looting the country and the nation for years and making properties abroad. Today, the Wala family is once again active in heating up the looting market in Punjab.

It was said in the statement that it is unconstitutional and shameful for the police to impose a curfew outside the Punjab Assembly to prevent Tehreek-e-Insaaf’s nominated candidates and elected members from attending the meeting, stealing the people’s mandate to bring a defeated woman to the seat of power. After this, the sanctity of the house is being violated.

Tehreek-e-Insaf Spokesperson Maryam Nawaz, who did not get even one seat despite the worst state oppression and rigging, should be ashamed of wanting the chair of the Chief Minister against the will of the people. Not welfare, but the wealth of the Sharif family is further increased by wiping the hands of the national treasury.

The statement further said that the people of Punjab will not tolerate the desecration of their mandate in the case of an unconstitutionally elected fake chief minister. It will not be able to stay and will be crushed under its own burden.
