A policeman was martyred by unknown persons firing at Shehbaz Khel police post in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Laki Marwat district.
The official who was martyred by the firing of the terrorists was identified as Zakaria, the assailants escaped after retaliatory action by the police.
It should be noted that two police officers were martyred in the firing near the vegetable market in Mingora, Swat yesterday.
Unidentified persons attacked the police near the vegetable market in Mingora city of Swat district. As a result of the firing, 2 officers were martyred and a passer-by was injured.
The police say that two officers Umar Khan and Ashraf Ali were posted on routine duty when unknown persons opened fire on them, the two officers were hit in the head.
