Islamabad: An Accountability Court Judge, Muhammad Basheer, has applied for medical leave until his retirement, citing health issues.
The unwellness of Judge Muhammad Bashir has been brought to light, and he has formally requested leave until his retirement date of March 14, 2024. Express News reports that Judge Muhammad Bashir submitted a letter to both the Islamabad High Court and the Ministry of Law and Justice, seeking leave from January 24 to March 14.
The High Court and the Ministry of Law and Justice have acknowledged receipt of Judge Muhammad Bashir’s letter. In the letter, Judge Muhammad Bashir states that he is unable to carry out his duties due to his current physical condition.
