Advanced technology equipment supplied by Australian Police has been installed at Karachi Airport.

In a significant move aimed at bolstering border security and combating fake visas and human trafficking, the Australian Federal Police has supplied state-of-the-art technological equipment to the FIA Immigration at Jinnah Terminal Airport in Karachi.

This equipment comprises a range of tools such as magnifying glasses, ultraviolet radiation lights, high-security laminate, and fire-resistant materials. The installation of these 17 devices at immigration counters has facilitated the meticulous inspection of passports and visas, ensuring the identification of travelers with counterfeit documentation.

These cutting-edge devices will be consistently utilized by international arrivals and departures staff, thanks to the provision of the latest equipment kits by the Australian Federal Police. This initiative is geared towards enhancing the overall efficiency of the FIA and strengthening border security measures.
