Afghan officials closed the Torkham border crossing in response to the installation of a welcoming signboard by Pakistani authorities.
The Afghan security forces objected to the signboard being set up at Torkham Zero Point and, as a result, halted all traffic, including imports, exports, transit, and pedestrian movement.
