Islamabad: In the case of illegal arms and liquor recovery, the District and Sessions Courts Islamabad ordered the SSP Operation to execute the arrest warrant of Ali Amin Gandapur.
Senior Civil Judge Mubashir Hasan Chishti heard the case, despite the arrest warrant, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur did not appear in the court.
The non-bailable warrant of arrest could not be executed by the police and the compliance report was not submitted to the court.
The court upheld the arrest warrant of the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and adjourned the hearing of the case till October 26 by summoning the surety of Ali Amin Gandapur.
