Islamabad’s anti-terrorism court has approved bail for Iman Mazari and Ali Wazir in the case involving charges of sedition.
The bail was granted by ATC Judge Abul Hasanat Zulqarnain after considering their post-arrest bail application. During the proceedings, the content of Iman Mazari’s speech was presented.
The prosecution presented arguments opposing the bail, highlighting that the USB report is still pending and forensic analysis of the incident is yet to be conducted. However, despite this, the court decided to grant bail to Iman Mazari and Ali Wazir upon the payment of a bail amount of 30,000 rupees each.
