Anti-corruption Punjab has added the name of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) president and former Punjab Chief Minister Pervez Elahi to the no-fly list and he will no longer be able to travel abroad.
Parvaizalhi was banned from traveling abroad, his name was added to the no-fly list on the recommendation of Anti-Corruption Punjab.
Former Chief Minister Punjab Chaudhry Parvez Elahi is wanted in a case by Anti-Corruption Punjab and she is investigating in the Anti-Corruption Punjab case.
Anti-corruption Punjab has recommended that Parvez Elahi’s name be added to the no-fly list until the investigation is completed.
It should be remembered that on October 3 of this month, the Lahore High Court ordered the removal of the names of former Punjab Chief Minister Pervez Elahi, his son Rasakh Elahi and daughter-in-law Zara Elahi from the Passport Control List (PCL).
On June 28, the federal government had included Parvez Elahi’s name in the PCL, on which the PTI president filed an application to remove his name from the PCL.
