
The Supreme Court termed the arrest of Chairman PTI from the cover court as a violation of the fundamental rights to get justice.
In a 22-page written judgment issued by the Supreme Court, it was said that the sanctity and dignity of the courts cannot be compromised, people approach the courts to provide them with a safe environment.
In the written judgment, it was said that the disruption of the judicial environment affects the delivery of justice, the constitution mentions contempt of court in order to secure the access of the people to the delivery of justice in the courts.
