Imran Khan, the Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI), has been sentenced to three years in prison and fined Rs 100,000 by Sessions Judge Islamabad, Humayun Dilawar.
This verdict came after Imran Khan’s lawyers failed to appear in court for arguments in the Tosha Khana case. Judge Humayun Dilawar stated that the case against Imran Khan was proven, leading to his sentencing and the issuance of an arrest warrant.
In response to the arrest warrant, the authorities have blocked all roads leading to Chairman PTI’s residence in Lahore, situated at Zaman Park.
