The Accountability Court has held back its decision on Ahad Cheema’s request for acquittal in a case related to disproportionate assets.
Judge Malik Ali Zulqarnain Awan has reserved the verdict, scheduled to be announced on December 8. During the recent hearing, NAB’s lawyer, Waras Ali Janjua Advocate, presented arguments.
Ahad Cheema has sought acquittal in the case, whereas NAB Lahore has filed a reference citing assets surpassing income against him.
