The Awami Muslim League has acknowledged its loss in two National Assembly constituencies. Sheikh Rashid, the party’s leader, along with his nephew, stated that they accept the defeat in NA-56 and NA-57.
Rashid Shafiq expressed mixed feelings about the outcome, stating that while they are disappointed by their defeat, they also find solace in the defeat of the Muslim League-N in Rawalpindi. He extended congratulations to independent candidates Seembia Tahir and Shehryar Riaz, who were supported by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf party.
