Ahead of the highly anticipated Asia Cup match between traditional rivals Pakistan and India, cricket enthusiasts received some positive news regarding the weather conditions.

Local media reports indicate that the likelihood of rain disrupting the crucial match has decreased.

Previously, there were concerns about the match scheduled at Pali Kale Stadium being affected by rain, as the meteorological department had initially predicted a 70% chance of rain. However, the latest updates suggest that there is now only a 40 to 60 percent chance of rain between 2 and 3 p.m., with rain probabilities dropping to less than 20 percent in Kandy after 3:30 p.m.

It’s important to note that the Pakistan vs. India match is set to take place at 2:30 PM today at Pali Kale Stadium in Kandy.
