American Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib said in a statement on Twitter that Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has a long history of targeting Muslims and religious minorities, violating human rights and targeting journalists.
Yet it is shameful to offer Modi a platform in the US capital. Rashida Taleb also announced a boycott of the joint session of the House called for Narendra Modi’s address.
