In the by-election held in Mathura tehsil, Peshawar, the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) emerged victorious, defeating the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), Awami National Party (ANP), and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N).
Inamullah, the candidate from PTI, secured a total of 20,333 votes, leading the race. The runner-up was Rafiullah from the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI) with 13,564 votes.
The third position was secured by Iftikhar Ahmed from Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) with a total of 9,546 votes.
The PTI workers celebrated their victory on Versik Road.
