Peshawar: Justice (R) Arshad Hussain, the newly appointed Caretaker Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has recently revoked the ban on appointments and transfers in the province.
This ban, which was enforced on May 23, coincided with the passing of the former Caretaker Prime Minister, Alaa Muhammad Azam Khan. Following Justice (R) Arshad’s assumption of office, a notification has been issued to lift the restriction on appointments and transfers.
The removal of this ban now paves the way for inter-district transfers, prompting directives to the relevant ministers and administrative secretaries to facilitate necessary inter-district appointments and transfers.
