Chairman PTI Barrister Gohar’s house attacked, son tortured.

In Islamabad, the residence of PTI Chairman Barrister Gauhar was targeted in an attack, resulting in the assault of his son. Barrister Gauhar abruptly left the live hearing before Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa upon receiving this distressing information.

As reported by media, the Supreme Court’s three-member bench, led by Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa and including Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar and Justice Musrat Hilali, was in the midst of hearing the Election Commission’s appeal against the Peshawar High Court’s decision.

During the hearing, Barrister Gohar Ali Khan approached the podium and informed the Chief Justice about the attack on his residence. He revealed that four individuals had assaulted his family, taking away a computer and important documents. Barrister Gohar Ali Khan expressed his concern for his nephew Marra, who was reportedly injured in the incident.

In response, Barrister Ali Zafar acknowledged the challenging situation and advised Barrister Gauhar to leave. The Chief Justice expressed dissatisfaction with the unfortunate events and instructed the Additional Attorney General to address the matter promptly. The Additional Attorney General, Aamir Rehman, assured that he would investigate the situation.

Following this, Barrister Gauhar Ali Khan urgently departed from the court proceedings and headed to Peshawar in response to the emergency at his residence.
