Islamabad: Chairman PTI expressed no confidence in the bench comprising Chief Justice Amir Farooq hearing against the Tosha Khana trial and requested to transfer the case to another court.
Chairman PTI filed an application in Islamabad High Court in this regard through his lawyer.
Imran Khan has taken a stand while requesting to transfer the petitions against the trial of the Tosha Khana case to another bench that he is sure that transparent and impartial justice will not be obtained from this bench. Pardon the hearing and transfer the case to another court.
It should be noted that the appeals of Chairman PTI against the decision of the Sessions Court are being heard in the Chief Justice’s Court. The District Election Commission has been made a party in the petition.

Meanwhile, progress has been made in the matter of 10 cases filed against Chairman PTI in Islamabad.
A hearing will be held tomorrow on two cases registered against Chairman PTI in Shahzad Town and Tarnool Police Stations, and a hearing will be held tomorrow on the cases registered in Karachi Company, Kohsar, Ramna, Secretariat, Margalla and Khanna Police Stations.
