In Islamabad, the Chairman PTI (Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf) has taken the decision of terminating his right to defense in the Tosha Khana criminal case to the Islamabad High Court.

The Chairman is challenging the trial court’s order, which accepted the Election Commission’s request to consider all of his witnesses irrelevant and subsequently removed his right to present a defense in the case.

The Chairman PTI is urging the Islamabad High Court to nullify and reverse the trial court’s decision from yesterday, which resulted in the termination of his right to defense. He is requesting an immediate hearing for his petition.
