Islamabad There has been a big progress in the Tosha Khana case, the court has accepted the request of the Election Commission to declare all his substantiations as inapplicable while terminating the PTI president’s right to defend himself.
fresh District and Sessions Judge Humayun Dilawar heard the Tosha Khana felonious proceedings case.
Chairman PTI presented a list of 4 substantiations in the court which included duty Adviser Muhammad Usman Ali, Senior Manager Qadeer Ahmed, Senior Manager of ITP Naveed Fareed and Rauf Hasan of PTI.
Advocate Election Commission Amjad Pervez advocate expostulated that these are inapplicable substantiations.

fresh District and Sessions Judge Humayun Dilawar, while pronouncing the verdict, rejected Chairman PTI’s request to summon substantiations and declared all his 4 substantiations as inapplicable.
The court said that the indicted couldn’t prove the applicability of the substantiations to the case, the list submitted moment includes a duty adviser and an accountant, according to the Election Commission, these are inapplicable substantiations.
Chairman PTI’s counsel, Barrister Gauhar, told the court that the Election Commission has not presented the customer’s account statement before the court, but a photocopy of the statement has been given. Justice is anticipated.
Judge Humayun Dilawar called the parties for the final arguments in the case hereafter and said that if the parties don’t give the final arguments hereafter, the decision will be reserved.
The court suspended the hail of the case till 11 am hereafter.
