PTI founder Imran Khan again filed an application against Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa in the Practice and Procedure Committee.
Imran Khan has taken the stand in the petition that Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa is partial to me and PTI, Chief Justice should not be part of any action related to me and PTI.
It is further stated in the petition that Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa’s wife has given statements against Imran Khan on several occasions.
It should be remembered that the Supreme Court had sent back the first petition of the founding PTI, on July 26, Imran Khan approached the Supreme Court and requested the Chief Justice not to be a part of the hearing of any case related to him.
