
In Islamabad, Chief Minister of Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur has been acquitted by the court regarding a case filed at the Bani Gala police station.
The District and Sessions Courts in Islamabad presided over the case involving Ali Amin Gandapur, which was held at the Bani Gala police station. Civil Judge Qudratullah acquitted all the accused, including Ali Amin Gandapur.
During the proceedings, the plaintiff, Amir Zaman, appeared in court accompanied by his lawyer, Rizwan Azam Abbasi. They mentioned that the injured party in the incident is currently abroad. Consequently, the court directed to obtain the injured person’s statement via Skype.
The plaintiff’s counsel informed the court that a settlement had been reached with Ali Amin Gandapur, and 109 individuals involved in the case had been pardoned. Additionally, as per the court’s directive, the statement of the victim, Muhammad Waleed, was recorded online. The matter has thus been resolved with divine forgiveness.
It’s worth noting that a case was registered against Ali Amin Gandapur and others for their alleged involvement in firing during a protest at the Bani Gala police station.
