ISLAMABAD: Chairman PPP Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has scheduled a meeting with the Prime Minister regarding the concerns of the People’s Party on the policies of the PML-N.
According to the sources, Bilawal Bhutto’s meeting with the Prime Minister is likely to take place this evening, in which Bilawal Bhutto will inform the Prime Minister about the concerns on the government’s economic policies.
Bilawal Bhutto will express concerns over the non-implementation of the written agreement regarding Punjab. He will inform the Prime Minister about his reservations on the subsidy issue in Punjab, contrary to the government’s claims about IMF sanctions.
Bilawal will propose a long-term solution to the issue of expensive electricity and will ask for Thar coal to be used for cheap electricity. According to PP, the federation should discuss with Sindh on the issue of electricity and if the federation shows seriousness, then a long-term solution to the electricity problem can be found.
