Islamabad: The petition against extension of Army Chief’s tenure has been set for hearing in the Constitutional Bench.
The Constitutional Bench of the Supreme Court has set for hearing the petition against extension of Army Chief’s tenure, on which a 7-member Constitutional Bench headed by Justice Aminuddin Khan will hear on November 20.
It should be noted that the petition against extension of Army Chief’s tenure has been filed by Mahmood Akhtar Naqvi.
