LAHORE: An application was filed against Deputy Commissioner (DC) Lahore for not giving permission to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) to hold a rally.
The registrar’s office of the Lahore High Court fixed the application for hearing. Justice Farooq Haider will hear the application. The application will be heard on September 30. It has been argued in the petition that DC Lahore did not allow the rally despite the court orders. The court should take contempt of court action against DC Lahore.
