Before the September 21 meeting of Tehreek-e-Insaf, the police cracked down and arrested Ali Imtiaz Waraich, the parliamentary leader in the Punjab Assembly, from Lahore.
Ali Imtiaz Waraich remained in police custody for 2 hours after which he was released by the police, besides the police also raided the house of PTI leader Alia Hamza late at night.
Alia Hamza said that despite being confined for 16 months, the police raided my house, the police of three police stations raided my house in the middle of the night and searched the house.
It should be remembered that Lahore Police had arrested PTI member Azad Kashmir Assembly Ghulam Mohiuddin Dewan yesterday.
