It has been decided to estimate the value of the gifts received in the Tosha Khana. Bids have been invited from private estimators till September 30.
According to Cabinet Division, other gifts including jewellery, watches and carpets will be valued.
It should be noted that Tosha Khana gifts are available for sale to political officials, bureaucracy including both civilian and military, and judges of the higher judiciary, but if any gifts are left over from purchase, they are auctioned for sale to the public.
