In Lahore, a collision occurred at the Mianwali Express Station, resulting in injuries to 20 individuals. The incident transpired when the Mianwali Express train, traveling from Mianwali to Lahore, collided with a stationary freight vehicle at the Qila railway station near Lahore. As a consequence of this collision, 20 people sustained injuries, and train services were temporarily halted.
Following the accident, rescue operations are currently underway, with the incident happening between four and five o’clock in the morning. The injured passengers have been transferred to hospitals located in Lahore. According to passengers’ accounts, the accident was attributed to the failure to switch the train’s track.
