Lahore: Fawad Chaudhry’s request for exemption from attendance in cases related to May 9 was approved.
The Anti-Terrorism Court, Lahore extended the interim bail till October 5 by granting a one-day waiver of attendance in the interim bail application of former federal minister Fawad Chaudhry in 5 cases of arson on May 9.
Duty Judge Arshad Javed heard Fawad Chaudhry’s application for interim bail through the mediation of lawyer Zafar Iqbal. .
The court granted the application and extended the interim bail till October 5.
