An exclusive court has been set up in Islamabad to address cases related to the Official Secrets Act throughout Pakistan.
Judge Abu Al-Hasnat Muhammad Zul-Qarnain, who presides over Anti-Terrorism Court Number One, has been designated to oversee proceedings in this Special Court. He will be responsible for hearing cases brought under the Official Secrets Act.
The Anti-Terrorism Court has verified that a sole court will now handle matters concerning the Official Secrets Act nationwide. It’s important to highlight that this marks the establishment of a singular court for this purpose throughout the entire country.
