LAHORE: Former members and ticket holders of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf from South Punjab have joined PPP. Former President Asif Ali Zardari met Yusuf Raza Gilani along with other party leaders and newly joined members at Bilawal House Lahore.
Ex-MNA Qutb Fareed Koreja, pp 265 to Raees Akmal Warne, Sardar Shamsher Mazari, pp 279 Syed Qasim Ali Shamsi, Fariha Batul, pp 278 to Abdul Aziz Kalank, Ex-MPA Rasool Bakhsh Jatoi, pp 269, Pir Jafar Muzamal Shah, pp. 277 to Sardarullah Wasaya while Chanu Leghari pp. 273, Mohammad Alamdar Abbas Qureshi, NA-179 Malik Abdul Ghaffar Arain announced to join PPP.
Also, wife Atta Qureshi, Yas Atta Qureshi, Syed Jameel Shah, Syed Rashid Shah, Sheikh Dilshad Ahmed, Bilal Mustafa, Syed Tahsin Nawaz, Mian Ali Haider Watto, Mian Salman Ayub, Ayaz Khan, Amjad Khan Niazi, Muzamil Khan, Umar Masood Farooqui also announced to join the PP after meeting the former president.
It should be noted that the former president has arrived in Lahore by private plane yesterday, where he will stay for several days and during this time he will also be politically active.
