Salamabad: After the disqualification of Chief Minister Khalid Khurshid, the federal government has also changed the IG Gilgit-Baltistan.
According to the notification issued by the establishment, Afzal Mahmood Butt of grade 20 has been appointed IG Gilgit-Baltistan in place of Dar Ali Khattak.
Muhammad Afzal Mahmood Butt was serving in Punjab. On the other hand, former Chief Minister Khalid Khurshid, who was disqualified on the basis of a fake degree, vacated the Chief Minister’s House, Gilgit Cabinet Division also took back the vehicle, security guard and protocol.
Former ministers, parliamentary secretaries and advisers were also ordered to return all official vehicles, after the disqualification of the chief minister, the cabinet division has given today time to return the protocol to all provincial ministers.
