PTI leaders involved in the November events in Islamabad have had their identity cards blocked by the police.
The names of 18 of them have been blocked, including Murad saeed, azam swati, hammad azhar, Ali amandur gandapur, and Musrat jamshed.
The other leaders whose IDs have been blocked are Aslam lqbal, karamat khokhar, wasiq qayyum abbasi, jamshed cheema, zubair niazi, malik nadeem abbas, and mohiuddin dewan. The police said that the national IDs of the accused would remain blocked pending further investigation.
Without appearing before the anti-terrorism court (ATC), all the accused will not be able to get legal rights. The authorities also said that the accused would not be able to use the facilities provided through their ID cards.
