Islamabad: The District and Sessions Court Islamabad has declared the illegal marriage case against Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) admissible. also issued a notice to chairman PTI and his wife Bushra Bibi for July 20.
Earlier, the petitioner’s lawyer had said that at the time of marriage with Chairman PTI, Bushra Bibi had not completed her Idda.
Chairman PTI got married in Lahore but both were living in Bani Gala, both of them spent a lot of time in Bani Gala after the first marriage.
The petitioner’s lawyer Rizwan Abbasi also referred to the decisions of various courts during the arguments. Civil Judge Qudratullah had reserved the decision yesterday after hearing the arguments of the petitioner’s lawyer Rizwan Abbasi.
