Imran Khan, the founder of PTI, and his wife Bushra Bibi have faced charges in the Tosha Khana case. The Accountability Court Judge Muhammad Bashir presided over the hearing held in the courtroom at Adiala Jail. Additionally, a copy of the £190 million reference was provided to Bashira Bibi by the court.
