Imran Khan challenged Punjab government’s decision to approve severe cases

Toshakhana 2 case, Imran Khan's release order issued

The founder of PTI has contested the Punjab government’s decision to approve serious cases by filing a petition in the Lahore High Court. Represented by Latif Khosa, the petition names the Punjab government, Inspector General, Ministry of Home Affairs, and others as respondents.

The petition argues that the PTI founder, a former prime minister and a respected citizen currently incarcerated in Adiala Jail for various cases, is facing a violation of Article 10 of the Constitution. It requests the court to nullify the Punjab government’s decision to sanction these serious cases.
