Imran Khan, the founding Chairman of PTI, has contested the prison trials in the Tosha Khana and Al-Qadir Trust cases.
He filed petitions in the Islamabad High Court challenging the notifications for jail trials in both cases. According to the petitions, the jail trial notifications for the Al-Qadir Trust case were issued on November 14, while those for the Tosha Khana case were released on November 28.
Imran Khan argues that these notifications are illegal and malicious. The petitions request the High Court to annul the jail trial notifications and suspend the proceedings of the trial court until the petitions are resolved. The Chairman of NAB and others have been named as parties in both petitions filed by the PTI founder.
